Gentle Chair Yoga for Strength and Balance (with standing options) is a slower paced Hatha Yoga practice, using props like a chair, strap and blocks. It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This is live-streamed on Zoom from 10:30am-11:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Gentle Mat Yoga is a slower paced Hatha Yoga practice. This class will be practiced either standing, lying, sitting or kneeling on the mat, using props like a strap and blocks. This is live-streamed on Zoom from 11am-12pm on Wednesdays.
Clients are welcome to try the first gentle yoga class for free. We encourage clients to register for a monthly program to gain the most benefits from a regular yoga practice. Class recording are provided to those who miss a class.
Meditation Monday is a free, weekly guided practice from 11:30am-12pm EDT, exploring a variety of meditation and breathing practices to unwind, destress and relax.

Free virtual (online) community exercise classes for participants within the Champlain region. All fitness levels welcome. Various program offerings include exercises for those with stroke, lung programs, Parkinson's and more. Exercises can be modified for sitting or standing. A collaborative effort by Family Physiotherapy, Heart Wise Exercise, the Champlain Regional Stroke Network and funded through the senior fitness exercise program run through Champlain LHIN Home and Community Care. TJ Fit sets up private cycling workouts using Zwift that includes personal coaching on Zoom, all from the comfort of your own home.
