Regional cardiovascular rehabilitation and secondary prevention services are available throughout Scarborough and Durham at hospital and community sites closer to where patients live and work. This is a partnership between Rouge Valley Health System, Lakeridge Health, Ross Memorial Hospital, and The Scarborough Hospital, as part of the Central East Regional Cardiac Care Program, and is offered at no charge to patients.

The Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay, Ontario offers an in-house Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program.

Cardio Care Kawartha Cardiology Clinic in Peterborough, Ontario also offers a cardiac rehabilitation program.
