Yoga Therapy

A 75 minute class that focuses on strength, flexibility, balance and peace of mind. Through āsana (posture), standing positions, warm up and cool down. We stretch and strengthen the body safely for a better quality of life. We finish with 15 minutes of guided relaxation, breathing and meditation. Schedule: Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 am to 10:15 am
