The Cardiovascular Chronic Disease Prevention and Management program at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket has partnered with the University of Ottawa Heart Institute to create a Heart Wise Exercise network in the Simcoe-York region, north of Toronto. They support the ongoing training and renewal of their many local Heart Wise Exercise facilities.
